PSU Fine Arts $10 Million Donation (6:00PM)

This is the first segment from the 6:00 newscast, there was a slightly different one at 10:00. PSU received it's single largest donation ever today, of $10 million. It will go towards the new fine and performing arts center (finally)! Here's the spot from KOAM, with some insightful additions from me.
