PSU Fine Arts $10 Million Donation (10:00PM)

Here's the second version of this segment from the 10:00 newscast, which was a little different from the 6:00PM one. PSU received it's single largest donation ever today, of $10 million. It will go towards the new fine and performing arts center (finally)! Here's the spot from KOAM, with some insightful additions from me.
